DLF NE Pasta Night!

Do you love pasta as much as we do?

Join us for two classes on September 29th and October 1st!

Learn to make pasta with an expert, Cameo Fucci with Allora Pasta Co.

Cameo's love for food has taken her from California to Maine, to Nicaragua, and to Italy. 

Allora Pasta Co. came to life in 2016.

While working on a small farm in the Hills of Umbrian, Cameo learned to make pasta from the locals.  Every day she cracked eggs, sprinkled salt, rolled dough, and made pasta.  

She fell in love with the ritual and she fell in love with the farm to table life style she lived in Umbria.

Cameo's goal is to share her love of the process with all of her students while introducing them to the history and process of fresh pasta making. 


The DLF NE is offering two Pasta classes for your culinary pleasure:

Learn the basics  with Pasta 101 or take both classes and step it up with learning how to make Ravioli.

Limit 20 per class only

Tues. September 29th: Pasta 101 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm


Back to basics with this beginner level pasta course where we will be making 3 handmade shapes: Cavatelli, Malloredeus, and Orecchiette.



2 cups of all-purpose flour, plus a small bowl of flour for dusting throughout.

3/4 cup of water


Thurs. October 1st: Pumpkin Ravioli from 5:30pm to 7:30

The moment we have all been waiting for, pumpkin spice season!  This intermediate level course we will be making handmade pumpkin ravioli. 

Ingredients, Pasta*:

2 cups all-purpose flour, plus a small bowl for dusting

2 whole eggs, room temperature

Some water - about 1/4 cup


Ingredients, Filling:

1 can unsweetened pumpkin puree

1 head of garlic

1/4 cup parm, grated

4 teaspoons butter

1/2 cup whole milk ricotta

Paprika, salt, pepper.

4 tbsp olive oil
